- New Datahub Service Levels (Schedule 2 §5): 99.5% endpoint availability, ≤15-minute data-freshness target, three Datahub fault classes (D1/D2/D3), and a 5/10/25% service-credit scheme
- New Force Majeure clause (TGTC §16.7) and English-language authoritative clause (§16.8)
- Customer Data export available for twelve months after termination, plus written deletion confirmation on request (TGTC §9.3.2)
- Customer backup obligation now limited to data you upload to the platform — Events, Cases and ML-derived data are backed up by Turbit (TGTC §7.1.10)
- Sub-processor objection right: terminate affected Agreed Services (or the whole Agreement) if no resolution within 30 days (DPA §7.7(a))
- Schedule 1 expanded to describe Datahub Core/Plus/Full tiers, Monitoring Backtest, self-onboarding, Defect Tracking and the Solar Converter plant type
- DPA Scope (§1) rewritten; DPA Annex II broadened to reflect all SaaS-related processing (Document Manager, Case Manager, Turbit Assistant)
